When a scout earns an Excellence Certificate, their professional performance data — not personal information — is shared with interested clubs. Users have full control over this process and may opt out at any time from their account settings.

We work with trusted service providers (cloud servers, payment gateways, analytics) who are contractually bound to the same privacy standards we apply. They may only process data as instructed by us.

4.3 Legal Requirements
